How do you move up levels in gymnastics?
USA Gymnastic’s rule for moving up is that gymnasts only need to score a 31.0 all around in order to move up to the next level. Â They just recently made a statement that gyms should not hold gymnasts back unnecessarily. Â As long as you score (or have scored) a 31.0Â all around, you can move up to level 7.
